Hustle is a closed-network platform that facilitates communication, instruction, and session coordination between coaches, tutors, athletes, students, and parents. Features may include messaging, video-based instruction and feedback, scheduling, and AI-assisted safety monitoring.
Hustle is not a public social network and is intended for use only between known individuals.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, use the App only for legitimate training or educational purposes, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising accounts used by minors. Hustle may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
4. Minor Safety and Monitoring
Hustle is designed to promote transparency and safety for minors. Interactions may be monitored using automated systems, including artificial intelligence. Parents or guardians may have access to communications, activity logs, and session records involving minors.
Users may not attempt to bypass platform safeguards or move communications off-platform to avoid monitoring. Any inappropriate, exploitative, or grooming behavior is strictly prohibited. Hustle reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts and report suspected violations to appropriate authorities.
5. User-Generated Content, Reporting, and Blocking
Users may create, upload, and share content (“User Content”), including messages and videos. Hustle provides tools that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior, block or restrict other users, and flag content for review.
Hustle may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to User Content at its sole discretion, particularly where it may violate these Terms or pose a safety risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others, engage in grooming or inappropriate communication with minors, upload or transmit sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content, circumvent or interfere with safety or monitoring systems, or misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. User Content License and Responsibility
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Hustle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the App.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not violate applicable laws or these Terms.
8. Automated Monitoring and Moderation
Hustle uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to analyze communications and media for safety and compliance purposes. These systems may flag, restrict, or block content and generate alerts or audit records.
Automated systems are not error-free. Hustle does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of monitoring and disclaims liability for undetected or incorrectly flagged content.
9. Recording and Data Retention
Live sessions may be recorded and stored. Content deleted by users may remain accessible to parents or administrators where required for safety, auditing, or legal purposes. Hustle may retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, and maintain platform integrity.
10. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play.
Hustle does not process, facilitate, or hold funds for coaching or tutoring services. Any external payment arrangements between users are solely between those users, and Hustle disclaims all responsibility for such transactions.
All purchases are subject to the terms, billing policies, and refund rules of the applicable app store.
11. No Professional or Performance Guarantee
Hustle provides tools for communication and instruction only. Hustle does not guarantee athletic or academic performance outcomes, coaching or tutoring effectiveness, or business or financial results.
12. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Hustle is not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of such third parties.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Hustle Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, and protected.
14. No Emergency Services
Hustle is not an emergency service and does not provide emergency assistance. If you believe a user is in immediate danger or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on the App for urgent or emergency communication.
15. Children’s Use (COPPA and Age Considerations)
Hustle is intended for use within supervised environments involving minors and their parents or guardians. For users under the age of 13 where applicable, use must be authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, and parents or guardians are responsible for consent and oversight.
Hustle does not knowingly collect personal information from children except as permitted by applicable law and with appropriate parental involvement.
16. Suspension and Termination
Hustle may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, remove or restrict access to content, and report suspected unlawful conduct to law enforcement.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hustle is not liable for user conduct on the platform, injuries or damages arising from training or instructional activities, loss of data or service interruptions, unauthorized access to accounts, or failure of monitoring systems to detect or prevent inappropriate conduct.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustle and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
19. Changes to Terms
